The AESDO Group - Aircraft and Engine Structural Design and Optimisation - is part of the Aerospace Engineering Department of Politecnico di Torino. Its permanent staff is composed by a full professor, an assistant professor and a laboratory assistant; PhD students and research assistants complete the team working on specific topics. AESDO Group is involved in research activities about the more recent aspects of aeronautical and space design and optimisation. Since March 2010 a new research assistant has joined AESDO Group: Massimiliano Bogge will work on the contract “Numerical simulation of impact dynamics” funded by AVIO and Regione Piemonte in the framework of the GREAT 2020 Project. |
